PracticeTests is an online platform that provides practice exam questions, explanations, and study materials for IT certification exams. The Service includes free and premium content, community discussion features, progress tracking, and team management tools.

3.User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information up to date.

4.Pricing and Payments

• Free Plan: Access to sample questions at no cost.
• Single Exam: €5 per exam with lifetime access to that specific exam.
• Premium Monthly: €19.99 per month for unlimited access to all exams.
• Teams: Starting at €15 per seat per month for organization access.

All prices are in Euros (EUR) and are subject to applicable taxes. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase.

5.Intellectual Property

All content on PracticeTests, including questions, explanations, design, and code, is the intellectual property of PracticeTests or its content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

6.User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share or distribute exam questions outside the platform
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content
• Share your account credentials with others
• Post inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content in discussions
• Attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

7.Community Guidelines

When participating in discussions, you agree to be respectful, provide constructive feedback, and not post spam or misleading information. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to suspend accounts of repeat offenders.

8.Disclaimer

PracticeTests is a study aid and does not guarantee that you will pass any certification exam. Our questions are designed to help you prepare but may not reflect the exact content of actual exams. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the certification vendors unless explicitly stated.

9.Limitation of Liability

PracticeTests shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10.Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
